The flywheel is removed for replacement of a back epiploon of a bent shaft, for its replacement at damage of the gear rim serving for launch of the engine as a starter and for grinding of a surface under the conducted clutch plate.

It will be required to you: the tools necessary for removal of the transmission and coupling, and also a face head "on 17", the screw-driver.

1. Remove coupling (see. "Removal and installation of coupling").

Note The flywheel can be established on a bent shaft only in one situation as one of openings in a flywheel … … has to coincide with the pin located on cranked to a shaft. However for simplification of installation of a flywheel we recommend to mark a relative positioning of details.

2. Turn out six bolts of fastening of a flywheel, keeping him from a provorachivaniye by means of an assembly shovel.	3. Remove a flywheel.

4. Check a condition of teeths of a rim of a flywheel and in case of their damage replace a flywheel.

5. Replace or repair a flywheel if on surfaces of a prileganiye of the conducted clutch plate or a flange of a bent shaft there are risks and teases.

6. It is possible to check and repair a flywheel in the workshop having the special equipment. The flywheel beating measured on a gear rim should not exceed 0,5 mm. For removal deep рисок and zadir the surface of a prileganiye of the conducted disk can be proshlifovat, the layer of the removed metal should not exceed 0,3 mm.

7. Establish a flywheel according to the put tags and all removed knots in the sequence, the return to removal. Oil a carving of bolts of fastening of a flywheel engine. Tighten bolts evenly cross-wise the moment of 65 N · m (6,5 kgfs · м).

Prevention Surely replace bolts of fastening of a flywheel new. Their repeated use is not allowed.
