The cooling system (fig. 5.11) liquid, closed, with compulsory circulation of liquid. The cooling system consists of a shirt of cooling of the engine, a radiator, the water pump, the thermostat, a broad tank, the viscous coupling, the fan, connecting hoses and tubes. The heater radiator is also connected to the cooling system. Pressure in system creates the water pump which is put in action by a belt from a bent shaft. From the pump liquid moves in a shirt of cooling of the engine. From a shirt liquid comes to the thermostat. Depending on liquid temperature further it passes in the water pump (at a low temperature) or in a radiator (at high temperature), from where, having cooled, comes to the water pump.
The radiator is tubular and tape, aluminum, arms for fastening of a radiator are located to facing of a radiator of a body on each side.
The plastic broad tank is connected by branch pipes to a radiator and closed by a carving stopper with the valve supporting excessive pressure in system.
The crane for discharge of cooling liquid is located on the left side of the block of cylinders of the engine.
The cooling system is filled with Tosol-A40M cooling liquid.
At an air temperature below – 40 ° C it is necessary to apply the low-freezing Tosol-A65M liquid.

It is not recommended to fill the cooling system with water as the anticorrosive and anti-making foam additives, and also additives interfering adjournment of a scum are a part of antifreeze.
