5.22.2. Features of a design of the lubrication system

On the UAZ Hunter cars equipped with ZMZ-514 engines the multipurpose combined lubrication system is used: spraying and under pressure. The lubrication system is used also to cooling of pistons and bearings of a turbocompressor, and also brings to the working condition hydrosupport of levers of the drive of valves and gidronatyazhitel of chains.

The oil pump 27 (fig. 5.16) sucks in oil from a case 28 and via the channel in the block of cylinders brings it to liquid oil heat exchanger 3, and then to the full-line filter 4. In case of excess of pressure of 450 kPa (4,5 kgfs/cm2) the plunger of the reducing valve in the oil pump opens a perepuskny opening through which oil flows in a zone of absorption of the oil pump.
After passing via the filter oil comes to the trunk oil main 2 and via channels in the block of cylinders greases radical bearings 21, bearings of an intermediate shaft, the top bearing of the roller of the drive of the oil pump and is brought to a gidronatyazhitel of a chain of the first step of the drive of camshafts.
Conrod bearings 19 are oiled, arriving via internal channels of a bent shaft from radical bearings. The top heads of rods and piston fingers are greased with spraying. For lubricant of a basic surface of the conducted gear wheel of the drive and the lower bearing of the roller oil moves from the top bearing of the roller of the drive of the oil pump through cross openings and an internal cavity of the roller.

Pistons are cooled with oil nozzles 1 to which oil comes under pressure. With a pressure of oil of 1,2-1,5 kgfs/cm2 the valve of a nozzle opens and streams of oil move on the piston bottom. Work of a nozzle of cooling of the piston is shown in fig. 5.17.
Support of camshafts are oiled, coming to a head of the block of cylinders from the trunk oil main via the vertical channel in the block of cylinders. Similarly oil is brought to a gidronatyazhitel 12 (see fig. 5.16) chains of the second step of the drive of camshafts, to hydrosupport and the sensor 16 of an alarm lamp of emergency pressure drop of oil.
17 through special openings in the block oil under pressure comes to bearing knot of a turbocompressor on a delivery tube 18 then the fulfilled oil flows down in an oil case of the engine on a hose 20.
Sensors of an alarm lamp of emergency pressure drop of oil 16 and the index of pressure of oil 29 are installed in the lubrication system of the engine. The alarm lamp of emergency pressure drop of oil lights up with a pressure of oil of 40-80 kPa (0,4–0,8 kgfs/cm2).
