5.22.5. Features of a design of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases

The system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases (fig. 5.20) is necessary for decrease in emission of toxic substances with the fulfilled gases. In this system a part of the fulfilled gases moves from a final collector back in engine cylinders, than and decrease in emissions of harmful substances is reached.
Process of recirculation begins at achievement of temperature of os cooling liquid 20-23 and is carried out further in all range of partial loadings. During the operation of the engine in the mode of full loading the system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases is switched off. The system of recirculation also does not work at the minimum turns of a bent shaft and idling.
When giving tension from the controller the electromagnetic valve opens and as a result of the depression created by the vacuum pump in a naddiafragmenny cavity of the pneumocamera the cylindrical spring contracts, the rod with the valve rises and redistribution of a part of the fulfilled gases from a collector in a final branch pipe of a turbocompressor and then in engine combustion chambers results.

The system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases does not need service.
